Refund Policy

Customized items

*Customized items can't be returned since they're personally made just for you.

Due to the personalized nature of customized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. This is because customized items are made to order and cannot be resold to another customer.

Please carefully review all of your customization details before placing your order. We will send you a proof of your customized item for approval before it is produced. Once you have approved the proof, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

 

Standard Products

If you are not satisfied with your standard product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

To return or exchange a standard product, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization number (RA).
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace the product or refund your purchase price.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a standard product for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
