FAQ
1. In most cases, if you contact us within a few hours from when you placed the order, we may be able to accommodate changes to the items you ordered, or update the shipping address before it ships out.Please email us (Funlifehubstore@gmail.com) as soon as possible to request any changes. Once we receive your email, we'll reply to confirm that the change was made in our order system.
Note: There are NO guarantees about being able to make changes once the order comes through.
2. Please note the details below that specifically pertains to ID tag change requests.
Handling ID Tag Typos + Engraving Change Requests
It is very important that you please proof your engraving instructions before submitting your ID tag order. The customer is responsible for any typos or incorrect information provided for the order.
Note: Due to our efforts to process and ships our orders quickly, we CANNOT guarantee the ability to honor change requests once your order has been submitted, regardless of how soon you contact us after the order is placed. To see about the possibility of requesting a change, email us ASAP at Funlifehubstore@gmail.com with the details about your requested change.
A change order fee of $5 per item will be due for any item that has already been engraved by the time your change request has been reviewed (if you still wish to go through with applying the change).
3. Sending to a Wrong Address
IF your package already shipped out to the wrong address, you may need to wait until the package is returned (if undeliverable) or arrange to pick it up at the location of the delivery.
Please note - if you provide an incorrect shipping address at the time of placing an order and the order has already shipped out -- we have no ability to re-direct the package. Any correction or replacement order is the buyer's financial responsibility.
The delivery carrier usually tries to deliver your package 3 times before they return it to the warehouse. To avoid delays in delivery, we recommend that you make yourself available to sign for your signature-required package. To make sure you get your order, you might need to sign for your package at the time of delivery.
To find details about your shipments, sign in to your Google Account and open your Google Store order. If you checked out as a guest, use your order number. Open the order confirmation or shipment confirmation email from the store. Find your order number. Find orders you placed
If you don't receive your order: Contact our support within 14 calendar days from your latest expected delivery estimate. To find your missing package, you must follow up at the shipping address you provided. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact our support within 14 days of delivery.
